The staff here were friendly and eager to help.

I was quite frustrated with the room's lack of privacy, especially in the bathroom. It was disappointing to find that the noise levels from the street were higher than anticipated. While I did appreciate the beautiful presentation of breakfast, it didn't compensate for the overall discomfort .

The pool area was nice, rooms were incredibly comfortable. Our hotel was in a great and awesome location in the middle of the city.

Comfortable beds and central heating, a safe, and a sitting area. Quiet atmosphere and private bathroom. Great and awesome location, walking distance to everywhere.

Liked the place, it was great and worked for me. The setting was awesome, close to Botanica Tulum, cafes, restaurants in the town area and the garden. Ate at Sizzle In, it's just a short stroll away from the venue.

Unfortunately, there was no bar.

Rooms were fashionable, everything was perfect. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The vibe here was quiet. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi worked well in public areas. Our experience here was fine❤

That pool was so refreshing on those hot days! I tell ya, sittin' by it was pure bliss. The breakfast spread was just wonderful, made me look forward to mornin's. Alejandra treated me like family, always checkin' in. Can't forget the live music on Sundays, felt so cozy and cheerful. Just lovely all around.

Had an awesome time chilling by the pool and enjoying the amazing sauna rituals they offered. The place really knows how to help you unwind with those laid-back vibes and comfy sun loungers. The dorm room was on the smaller side, but honestly, everything else made up for it! 😊

The suite with a garden view provided a beautiful escape, though the room's design could enhance privacy. Breakfast, with very nice waffles, was a daily highlight and fueled my mornings perfectly. The staff's friendliness and drive to assist. The lack of sound insulation from outside noise was a slight drawback, diminishing an otherwise peaceful experience.

I stayed in the Suite with Garden View for 4 nights, and it was such a chill spot. The design was really nice, with a cool vibe and relaxing garden views. The bed felt great. Just wish the bathroom had more privacy, but the amazing breakfast made up for it. Every morning, indulging in those delicious waffles and the coffee was a treat!

The staff here were friendly and eager to help. The authentic Mexican breakfast was beautifully presented and satisfying. I loved the complimentary bikes, allowing me to explore the area easily. The garden view from my room was relaxing and picturesque.
